The gentleman there helped me get the truck I needed.
LISA RThe truck was given to me with just a little over half a tank but showed on the paperwork 3/4 full. I had to contact U-haul to get this resolved. I did not request the insurance coverage on-line but when I returned the truck, found out the coverage had been added. I'm trying to get this reimbursed but currently without any luck. The truck's steering wheel will was not even. When I got it. Please talk to the U-haul place in Naples, FL about this. The truck should have been inspected before renting it!
JEFFREY TMake sure the trailers movable parts are lubed on a regular basis ie ramps, tongue jack, etc
