Very small operation. Dropped off after hours so no interaction with staff. Location was dark and isolated.

Trailer was turned in Friday afternoon before 5pm and I was charged an extra day and said it wasn't returned until Saturday at 5pm because they had no one there. That's bad business.
WILLIAM YI said the personnel weren't helpful because I guess at 1 in the afternoon when the truck was dropped off there was no one there. I got an email around 3:47pm (both my location and the drop-off location are the same time zone) saying the truck had been returned and there were no additional charges. So, overall it went well, just kinda strange there was no one there to accept it when it was dropped off.
