The vehicle was ready at the pre-scheduled pick-up time. It was ready to go and the customer service was excellent! Which is hard to find these days. I will definitely rent from them in the future.

ARTHUR CCould not do self dropoff because of cell service had to go to different location and wouldn’t let me complete dropoff because I wasn’t at the location. Called talked to a representative who said they would leave a message of time and complete. Called back next day after transferring call several times found no comment listed from dropoff time and information. Not happy with my experience. Kind regards
