gary zThis location was also a towing company and no staff was there. A sign was on the door with a number to call, I called and was told he was on a call and to just drop off the key.
William SThis location is not going to work well with the Uhaul Check-In App. It was impossible to get a signal and pick up the truck with the auto check-in. There is also no key box to pick up from. If the office wasn't open I would not have had access to the keys.

Steven BPickup site was the only one in a reasonable distance. When asked if truck had been recently serviced was told they did not do that, it was handled by Uhaul. Cab was dirty with ashes covering the console even though the truck was posted with no smoking decals. Truck did drive well and cargo area had been swept.

Sisinio TI will only book online going forward. I rented a larger truck for 3 days from this location and returned it to Grove Rd in west Greenville for $189. This rental was a smaller truck for a single day and return in Greenville. The fee for the single day was $161+ tx =179. I told the agent I would not get it back until late afternoon. I assumed I had been charged for that. When I returned it at 2 pm I was charged an additional $53 for late return. That does not seem fair.
Patrick DDonnie, the owner, was very helpful in getting things all set up for my haul. The trailer was in great shape and return was simple.

Maco DThe place had Saturday hours posted but when the truck was taken back no one was there. We did call several times and no one answered. We dropped the truck off but didn’t get a receipt until Monday.
ANN PWhen I arrived the gentleman took my paperwork & took care of all the return details. Later I received an email copy of my return receipt. Very pleasant experience!
