The person who helped me pick up the trailer was great. One of the tires on this trailer was very low. Needs to be pumped up.

After declining the insurance multiple times online, they charged me for it anyway. Estimated cost was always WAY lower than what it actually ended up being, despite being accurate in my reservation with how many miles wed use it and for how long. We even returned it with more gas in it than when we picked it up.

ravi sTires were bald and inside was filthy. Had to stop mid trip for roadside assistance that took over 2 hours. Was told by another uhaul site that the trailer “never should have left the parking lot in that condition”. Said we should get a full refund, but that did not happen.
Traci NU-Haul screwed up and sent my trailer reservation to the wrong location. If it weren’t for the McFarland Ace location who just had one come in I wouldn’t have a trailer. 5 plus review for the McFarland Ace hardware store for making it right. 0 for U-Haul. I also had the email proving I reserved the trailer for McFarland. I will be looking elsewhere if I need a trailer again.
