The Trailers need a jack to remove trailer from truck / car. Trailers are very heavy to remove. Save a person hurting there back and smash hands.

Personnel who came to pickup was of no assistance at all. He made us back the trailer up into a parking space, which is really challenging. We had to ask him to unhook the trailer, he did not unhook without being prompted. The check-in paperwork and receipt were late in arriving electronically.
Hy TAttendant was not helpful or friendly.
LangHa PKept saying the were “just the middleman” when there was a problem. Lindsey was probably having a bad day but was annoyed I had a problem with the equipment. Nice other associate came out and fixed the problem. Overall experience was one of I was an inconvenience even though I’m local and ‘used’ to shop this hardware store all the time. I can get indifference from Menards so I guess I’ll go there
