Since I returned equipment after ACE had closed I put the key in the bin. Well, for some reason I got charged a late fee (even though truck was returned within the window time I rented it) and who knows why else but $97??? You crazy for that. The truck was dirty and sticky when I picked it up and I did not receive the equipment I paid for. Which I’ll take fault since I didn’t check the back of the truck before leaving.
Savannah NMy recommendation is on the app have both the odometer gas gauge photo and the vehicle photos all together at the end. So that it’s all at once. We returned our key and then had to peek in the windows for some photos
Ashley SOnline check-in and checkout app wasn’t working very good. Ended up call help line to check-in at drop off site
Richard JThey wouldn’t initially process my drop off because they were busy so they took the trailer number and claimed they would do it later. I called two hours later and told me I’d have to call the 800 number. After calling the 800 number they claimed they absolutely couldn’t do it. Called drop off location again said it would take some time because he had to call the owner
