All went well and very easy to do. The website is a little too much as there's way too much upsale involved. Might benefit by revamping and offering service extra services at a high level but if opting out, person sees nothing going forward. Truck was fine and was clean, which was good. Person at the counter was nice and friendly both when renting and returning.

Andrew kU haul app is very poor, when you try typing key pad covers and one cannot see what is entered, mobile delivery sucks, option to select another location to drop was completely misleading
