The uHaul truck I rented had several issues and it was very old with 119K miles. 1) Turning on ignition using key was extremely difficult. I drive a truck and have driven RVs a few times. The truck needed to not only move the key but also move the key holder to turn the ignition which I found hard way. 2) The truck would not change gears normally. It will run in low gear for a much longer than a normal vehicle would and driving that in city traffic was hard. 3) I received the truck with fuel tank not full and i was told to bring it back to half tank and a notch. I did exactly that and even than uhaul charged me fuel charge. Generally rental vehicles come with full tank of fuel and its so easy to return one with full tank. 4) One of the seat in front had a seat belt but no buckle to lock it. That's safety hazard and we had to tie the belt manually without lock. Overall, I will be vary of renting with uhaul.

JOEL AYour prices have gone up year after year. I used to go to uhaul whenever I needed a truck, but now I will shop around. Charging per mile on top off a huge fee for a 2 day rental is ridiculous. Mileage should be included in your prices. I had to take all pictures and do the job an employee should have done.
DONALD FNoting blah blah blah why can't I submit my review?
John KThey didn’t have the dollies we requested so we had to use appliance dollies which was not ideal. Otherwise, no issues.
