My experience with U-Haul has been absolutely terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend using this company to anyone under any circumstances. In the past week, I’ve used their services twice, and both times were awful. The first time, I showed up for my reservation only to find out that I couldn’t drop off the truck at another location, even though I had clearly indicated that in the booking. Then the second time, I made a reservation one day before I needed the truck, arrived at 5 a.m., and — although the truck was there — there were no keys for it. As a result, I had to make a new reservation, waste my time, and drive to another location, all at 5 in the morning, hoping they would approve it. Absolutely terrible experience.

The secure truck lot is not by the office, so had some difficulty finding where to go in. Beautiful office, however.
JAMES DUnattended Pickup and drop off went fine. Location and truck size were changed the night before. Not a big inconvenience, but the protective furniture pads I had ordered were not in the truck.
