To qualify, I was dropping off a transport trailer. The location is tucked way back around in an industrial complex. There is signage throughout directing toward the “U-Haul” but you’ll also encounter do not enter signs. There is no clear marking of any u-haul.office and you’ll be met with just a gated area housing other u-haul vehicles and expected to self-drop by completing through the app. As I was dropping off a trailer outside the gate with no means to secure it I was concerned about potential theft as well as lack of wheel chocking on the hill. I called the local office number to be told to just drop it would be fine and they would alert someone. Not real reassuring and certainly not customer friendly.
CHRISTOPHER FVehicle drop off was exactly like we expected. Easy to find, self close out after hours. This location I would recommend.
DANIEL PI arrived earlier than my intended pick up time, the gentleman was preparing the rental and had other rentals to prepare. The ONLY reason that I took a picture of the inside of the cab was because previous renters didn't leave it "clean" and left items in the truck and I didn't want to pay for what previous renters left. As for the company, the gentleman was very nice and understanding of my situation and early arrival time. The lady that checked me in and took my payment was super sweet and both were very easy to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any uhaul needs!
