Terrible return experience as there was no one available to speak with. I would have dropped it off elsewhere had i known there were no employees. I did not feel safe at this location either. I was asked to take multiple photos, but didnt feel safe. It was also difficult to use your own straps the way the truck is designed inside. I will not rent from uhaul again.
