Ask the customer whether they will need a truck with a ramp or not. I rented a 10' truck to transport a couple of motorcycles. When I got to my destination I found out that the truck didn't have a ramp. I called the dealer where I picked up the truck. He said to swap it out at a local dealer. I called two dealerships and neither would swap my 10' truck for a 15' truck that has a ramp. So I spent $120 on a truck I could not use! I returned the truck to where I had originally picked it up and rented a 15' truck.

john mReturned truck with more fuel than I rented it with and got charged $27 for them to put a fee gallons. I have pictures that prove it was returned with more than I received the truck with. The truck was dirty smelt like animals had been living in there and cat hair all over the cab, dash and floor. This guy is a rip off that I rented from.
Louis MMy rental got off to a great start. It concluded terribly because the team that was scheduled to offload the trailer in Grand Haven, Michigan did not show up.
