BRANDON MAsk the customer whether they will need a truck with a ramp or not. I rented a 10' truck to transport a couple of motorcycles. When I got to my destination I found out that the truck didn't have a ramp. I called the dealer where I picked up the truck. He said to swap it out at a local dealer. I called two dealerships and neither would swap my 10' truck for a 15' truck that has a ramp. So I spent $120 on a truck I could not use! I returned the truck to where I had originally picked it up and rented a 15' truck.
