Moving is stressful. It doesn't help when it is made more stressful by reservation changes and delays. Money in the form of refunds doesn't always fix the issue and customer service training and staffing can go along way to make sure these events are handled properly.

Russell CReserved tow dolly and paid for it last night at Able rents. It was closed and phone disconnected. No tow dolly there either. Called and was transferred to someone who could not find a local place near us they wanted us to go an hour and 15 minutes away to Orange Park or 45 minutes to Gainesville when there is a location in Melrose only about 18 miles away wasted our morning!
