Cab was dirty, this location did not have an appliance dolly, I had to spent my time/ milage trying to find a U-Haul location that had one. They even tried your central dispatch phone line with one result too far away. The customer service at this location was outstanding however U-Haul needs much to improve their customer service

JANINE BI would recommend renting a U-Haul from this location. Mrs Becerly was great and made the process very smooth.
MARIAN PI was promised mobile pickup but the location did not have any mobile locks. In addition, the Uhaul network was also having issues which delayed my rental pickup. It took 45 min to get my rental checked out. Not a great experience.
Jason KNothing really to improve upon. The two owners were courteous and did all they could to accommodate my needs. Even when problems arose they took the time to see it through. Great people and location.
