ALLEN WCab was dirty, this location did not have an appliance dolly, I had to spent my time/ milage trying to find a U-Haul location that had one. They even tried your central dispatch phone line with one result too far away. The customer service at this location was outstanding however U-Haul needs much to improve their customer service
