Where do I start! We get a message the morning we are scheduled to pick up the U-Haul that the location changed. We show up to new location & Damion says he doesn’t have our reservation. Then he shows me his phone & says it’s been canceled. We were there to pick it up so obviously we didn’t cancel it. He’s just looking at me & I say what can we do because we need the U-Haul. My husband steps outside and calls the number for U-Haul. The lady on the phone reinstated the reservation. All while Damion’s on the phone with someone trying to located a dolly. There is one right in the store. He obviously did not want to give up the U-Haul to us, to save it for in town business since we were taking it one way to San Diego. He took his time getting us checked out. Also gave us a dirty truck- chips & food crumbs on floor and a truck with only 1/4 gas. We had to fill up before loading up and heading down to SD. All of this got us an hour behind schedule and on an extremely hot day. Very frustrating experience!

Excellent customer service
Mike HIt was late on a Sunday afternoon, about 45 minutes before the store closed. Beverly was very helpful and courteous, and the truck was ready for us to use within 5-10 minutes. No fuss, no mess, just clean and efficient :) I would recommend them to anyone wishing to use a rental truck service. Well done!
