My go to u haul supplier from now on
CARL HAlthough Matt was helpful with advice and physically connecting the trailer to my vehicle, he forgot to give me a receipt and copy of the contract. Admittedly, I forgot to point this out to him as well and when I called or texted him later from out of state, he corrected the omission. I had no problem with the trailer on the road and when I had mechanical problems with my van, Uhaul logistics personnel kindly gave me a more than adequate extension to my delivery date. ,
