Picked up 30 mins early. Got charged for 2 days. Never told this. When they finished me up they help another customer while I was waiting for them to hook up the trailer. Very unprofessional

I was supposed to pick up the trailer 3.5 miles away, less than 24 hrs I was told it wasn't available. I had to drive 42 miles round trip. Also the 6 blankets were not there. I had to pick those up at another place.
