The person who assisted me was excellent top tier. The truck itself was garbage and the u-haul website did not have the capacity to upload pictures or feedback prior to getting the vehicle.
Michael BThe only issue we had was that we only drove the truck 13 miles and put a gallon and a half of fuel back in the truck but on our final receipt, we were charged for an additional two gallons.
