The location had a ln event in the parking lot which included young women in bikinis washing cars while men were filming them, I get that it’s a business that also rents uhalls but that’s not something I want to see while trying to rent equipment, they also did not have a dolly that we reserved, I could have gone elsewhere with less hassle

WILLIAM COnly issue was the Bluetooth didn't connect which certainly could have been the plug I have for the portal.
GRANT RMy back was hurt as I am a 63 old woman who had to lift up the trailor hitch to put on my car! It was extremely heavy as it did not have a jack lift to raise the trailor onto the car full of extremely heavy furniture and even empty it took two strong men to connect back on my car!
