There was no noticeable U-Haul sign outside, I seen other trucks on the parking lot so I knew that was the location to drop the truck off; however, I dropped the truck off at 8 pm and the stores were close. No one was available to let me know to just park the truck and place the keys in drop box that wasn't so easy to spot.

Remove the 17 Movers from the help option. I paid for 2 workers that never showed up. I asked several times for my money to be refunded and it wasn’t so I had to dispute it with the bank.
Barbara PJoanie made me feel like I was renting from a family member. Her vibe was so down to earth and warm and friendly. I can tell that they are a unit at that location. Everybody works well together.
