I rent a truck weekly or twice x week from this location for my business 1-2 hours before call time to my job. This time the truck had the engine light on. There was no mention of this to me as a customer online when I checked in, and when I went inside the office, they said " its probably ok, there are no other trucks" There needs to be a way to notify the next user of possible malfunctions online, there needs to be a way where local personel can say they are aware/not aware and let the customer know if the vehicle has been inspected. This time, we had no option , but If something went wrong with the rental, I'm not sure who would have had to assume the liability, and most importantly in the moment: my job would have been jeopardized as well as the 50 people who were waiting for the equipment I was bringing for everyone to be able to work.
