When I arrive to pick up the vehicle, I signed the contract but when the associate got the key she realized the key she had was not for the vehicle on contract that I had just signed. She made several calls to U-Haul, her manager and others to find out how to correct the era she had made in giving my vehicle to another customer. I was there for over an hour before they figured out what to do. Upon returning the vehicle I realized I was charged for insurance that I did not ask for. After reaching out to U-Haul I was refunded the insurance but it was a total disaster in trying to pick up the vehicle.

i reserved a truck from a location that said it was open on saturday but when i arrived it was closed. i went to another location and it closed at 1 p.m.. thet would lock my car in their lot and i woulkd have to return it on sunday. so i went to a third location and it worked out ok. i lost time and paid more in mileage charges because the location was farther away
Jeff WThey didn’t have the truck ready in the location I requested. The new location they sent me to over charged me due to the distance and added an insurance that I did not asked for.
