ROSCOLA RI've been renting vehicles from the Uhaul franchisee at Compass Storage on 79th street in Miami for years. That location is poorly run, sometimes there is no one inside to even obtain a vehicle from and the vehicles are always trashed and smelly inside. This location on 7th Ave was super clean, employees ready and waiting to work with customers. The vehicle was spotless and super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very glad to have discovered this location.
ROBERT BWhen I arrive to pick up the vehicle, I signed the contract but when the associate got the key she realized the key she had was not for the vehicle on contract that I had just signed. She made several calls to U-Haul, her manager and others to find out how to correct the era she had made in giving my vehicle to another customer. I was there for over an hour before they figured out what to do. Upon returning the vehicle I realized I was charged for insurance that I did not ask for. After reaching out to U-Haul I was refunded the insurance but it was a total disaster in trying to pick up the vehicle.
MARY Bi reserved a truck from a location that said it was open on saturday but when i arrived it was closed. i went to another location and it closed at 1 p.m.. thet would lock my car in their lot and i woulkd have to return it on sunday. so i went to a third location and it worked out ok. i lost time and paid more in mileage charges because the location was farther away
