Miss Caroline. Was excellent , but very bad experience with dolly paid $20 for a bad service to put my car on the strap kept in coming off every 10 miles or say one point we had to stop and called road side assistance was very helpful and professional , now what if … now also return the truck two days early. Would I get money back

The employees were nice and helpful
Aristoteles RNeeds more employees and organization. I waited over 30 minutes to be attended because there was only one person taking orders and then outside I waited 30 more minutes to get my trailer. The 3 employees outside were busy taking returns and the parking lot was super busy.
