I want to share some feedback about my recent trailer rental experience, as unfortunately it fell far short of expectations. When I went to pick up the trailer, I discovered that my order had been transferred from one location to another without much explanation, which required me to go to a specific location I hadn’t originally chosen. Once there, I was given the oldest and most worn trailer available. Out of urgency, I accepted it, even though one of the tires was marked “repair” and had a nail embedded in it. The employee assured me that I could simply call if there was an issue and someone would come out to replace the tire. As it turned out, the tires on that trailer were such an old size that replacements were no longer available. In short, the entire experience was a disaster that disrupted my original travel plans. Despite all of this, I was never offered any discount or compensation for the inconvenience. Because of this experience, I will not be using this company again in the future, and certainly not this specific location. That said, I do want to acknowledge and thank the individuals who, after all of this, helped me finally reach my destination.
maria fThe team at this location is AWESOME! Called on the phone to discuss my upcoming move with Justin. He was so helpful. The next day I went to the store, and Justin was again so professional. He asked me all the right questions about my needs to wrap and box, and recommended I download the U-Haul app for additional services. Like loading companys. The truck was clean, wheels balanced, and had no mechanical issues. I highly recommend this location for anyone with moving needs.
