Never use that location, uhaul is a good company but not that place. Customer service is awful and helpless. They didn’t provide anything but the truck, even though my rental included more. They didn’t help at all and made me waste a lot of time.

Eunice LDo not rent a U-Haul from here. I was vastly overcharged because a) they entered a wrong mileage of the van I received and I ended up getting charged for 35 miles instead of 11 miles, b) they added Safe Move coverage without informing me and without my acknowledgment, and c) they ended up charging me for over 15 gallons of fuel even though I returned it slightly fuller than I had received it. Luckily, the U-Haul customer service has been great and was able to sort it out for me. I will never rent from this place again!
Maxi VThe worst rental experience ever …..I start to clean the van by myself….so dirty….the pick up was epic….welcomed by a guys who said(she didn’t like to be wake up) had a reservation at 1 pm and i showed up at 12:30 and call the number because nobody was there,and they didn’t find it ….the drop of was also epic ….supposed to be on the private parking lot but it was closed….so i drop it on the street (office closed on Sunday) And they charge me 2 days rental instead of 1 (truck was returned the day after at 12:30 pm
