Customer service was great, they recommended me a better option and the car was on great condition; this location it’s amazing.
OSCAR RUpon returning the rental to this property I was never told about a charge for wrong drop off location and was told that it has to be a local return yet it was returned to a location within the same county. My last move I returned the truck to a different location and wasn’t charged for wrong drop off location. This charge is absurd because I was never told about this or I would’ve returned it to its original location. I dropped off key through drop off window early morning and decided to stay until location opened just to meet with an associate in case there was any discrepancies or any issues with additional costs and was never told anything about wrong drop offs. I’d like to speak to higher management about this issue. Thank you
