The tow dolly worked great to retrieve our daughters car with mechanical troubles located two and a half hours away from home. Easy hook up and towed great. Saved us a bunch doing it ourselves and being able to take her car to a trusted mechanics shop locally vice dealing with a remote location. Thanks for being there with DIY equipment when needed.

APRIL DI was told on the phone by Uhaul that if I returned the equipment before the drop-off, I would be discounted for rental. I picked up in Catskill, NY on June 30. I rushed, given this information, to drop-off on July 3. My rental was until the 5th. After dropping off, I was told I could not get those days back - after pressing, I was told I could be given those 2 days back. I called the Uhaul and had the owner of the drop-off speak to them, validating drop-off I have yet to receive that discount applied.
SHAWN AThis company saved me. I had a one way drop in keystone Heights and when I went to drop off their gate was closed and could not reach them . I drove the uhaul back to original pick up...and they contacted uhaul and fixed the whole problem. The nicest people ever
