My pickup location was changed 2 days before my scheduled pickup time and was 10 miles further from my home. The reason I reserved a trailer 6 weeks in advance was so I could pick it up close to home. When I drove by the closer facility, I saw a 6x12 trailer parked outside.

LUISA MThe 26 foot truck that I rented needs to be looked at. The front end needs an alignment not bad but very bad. I had to drive that thing 7 hours to Mississippi and literally was exhausted from having to counter steer to the left to keep it on the road. I’m a mechanic and have been working on cars for 25 years and I can honestly say that due to the trucks alignment being so far out and is causing premature tire wear on the right front that this issue was the reason I was only getting an average of 6.8 MPG. Anyways I’m not usually the one to complain but I feel like if an inexperienced driver gets in that truck it could cause an accident.
