It was super easy: I backed up by the trailer, the guy connected it in about 60 seconds, I signed the paperwork, and I was on my way. It was even faster for the return.

I reported to them that the trailer leaked and the store immediatly took note of it. They directed me to reach out to uhaul for information on filing a claim for the damaged item. I sure hope that works as well as the great service we received on both ends of the rental.
JULIANNE MGates were locked and no one was there, but there was a spot to park the UHaul in front of the building along the road. Returning the UHaul through the app was quick and easy.
