I am use to doing.a vehicle inspection with a person from the rental company..I did not like being told by a store staff to walk around the vehicle and use .y phone camera and note any scratches or damage. I DO NOT LIKE THAT !!! To much room being left open for interpretation...if this is a way to cut back on staff..I.dont like it !!! If the is a practice put in place to move the check in procedure along...I don't like !!! The staff at this location although they were very pleasant to do business with I feel that they realize that a customer is 100% responsible once he takes possession of the truck..wether its old damage or new damage. Case in point ..when inspected the vehicle I was about to rent the outside was fine.. But the cargo area was trashed !!! I had to ask a store to inspect it and note it on the vehicle record...I believe a staff person should assist the customer with a check in process and check out process.
