The lock to get the key for the truck was very difficult to work. I had to call for support, even after watching the video. It would be good for the instructional video to give the same instructions that the person on the phone gave. The person on the phone said that she gets these calls often.

Ralph SI was first upset that I ordered mobile pickup for after hours and when I went to get the truck it was not ready so I was told to wait for when the store opened. When I got to the store it took 30 minutes for me to get the truck which felt like it took way too long. The person helping us out also didn’t speak louder than a whisper so it was hard to understand what he was saying. We were then told we could drop it off at another location but the reservation told us to drop it off where we picked it up. Not very happy with this location, would recommend just going to a U-Haul location if possible.
