The rep, Titus, went above and beyond during our rental. Unfortunately, I was unaware the 10' trucks do NOT have loading ramps, and hence, a truck change was necessary. Titus was PROACTIVE in evaluating options - in store - immediate results to find a solution in the Uhaul software system - technology being used saved us TIME (we already lost driving all the way home and back) and MONEY!!! Thank you Titus for your ingenuity, resourcefulness and initiative to serve my daughter and I!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the truck had no windshield fluid and the wipers were entirely ineffective. This caused us to be in a potentially deadly situation when a storm hit while on the highway. Otherwise, I would’ve rated this experience much higher.

KLON KThe truck was in great condition, the rental and return process was easy, and our representative was great to work with. Unfortunately there was a shortage of all available furniture and appliance dollies that was disappointing. Overall this location was doing the best with what it had - hopefully U-Haul is able to get all locations restocked with the rental equipment they need.
