Customer service person was rude. Told other customer they did not want to rent equipment I was taking as a one way. Cast the U-HAUL company in bad light regarding ease of them getting equipment and supplies. Said I should not expect to get what I ordered because they are not a UHaul company store. Referring to furniture pads, Dollie’s, hand trucks. I was under whelmed. Had to fix windshield wiper. I was not impressed.

We rented a storage unit and it was clean. We also rented a truck and the truck was amazingly cleaned !! Looked brand new on the inside !! The ladies there were extremely nice and knowledgeable, excellent customer service !! Great job U-Haul !!
