It’s not necessarily positioned in a great location for access. The staff are a little lackadaisical when it comes to U-HAUL transactions. I actually picked up from this location a truck that was on 1/8 or 1/4 a tank. I also had to drive back and forth to this location which in the end cost me an additional 9 miles. I also wasn’t provided the UD that I requested either. I’m not sure if these issues are apart of the U-HAUL schedulers or what but not happy.

Ciara AI initially reserved a trailer from Kings and Queens in Savannah. The agent called me in route to tell me she was unavailable but that she would contact another UHaul and they would get back to me. Never heard back from her. I contacted another UHAul store and they put me in touch with Midway. I would not be renting anything from Kings and Queens in the future.
RAMON MVery limited parking. Must wait for traffic to clear along a major road to park. Says 24/7 recieving but questionable. Signed equipment back in via the app and was charged by this location for 2 additional days of rental. When I called them on a WED, the representative wasn't available until the following afternoon. Recommend traveling a little farther and going somewhere else.
