The 4x8 trailer was in reasonably good shape, though door bolt mechanism was worn and I had to lift it to get it to close properly. My only issue was with the dealer in Mifflintown, PA who charged me $70 for the optional Safe Travel insurance without asking me if I wanted it. I looked at the statement the next day and noticed the charge. I immediately called the dealer and asked to have it removed. The woman said she would do it right away, but it wouldn't show up as a credit for a few days. I called U-Haul when I reached my destination (5 days later) to see if it went through. Surprise, she never did it and now I have to haggle with U-Haul to get it credited. I'm not happy.
