When I arrived at 7:45am, staff told me I needed to wait until 8 when the next shift started as she didn’t know how to do the Uhaul rentals. I was understanding and waited till 8, went back up and the woman working gave me attitude and said the next girl was running late. I had people showing up at 8:30 to help me and couldn’t wait to much longer. She called the next worker multiple times with no answer then called the manager and got an answer and I got my uhaul almost immediately after that. Once I got the uhaul the truck itself was in great condition besides the radio had no sound. When I returned my truck, there was no Dropbox for the keys so I had to sit and wait someone to come back up from as they had a sign that said they’d be back within 15 minutes. Once staff returned she was rude and gave me a dirty look for returning my key.

The parking lot was very small and confusing. The directions on where to park the U-Haul were not clear. People were trying to take out and return U-Hauls at the same time with limited amount of space.
