Amber D.Great experience at this location, but this is the second time renting a truck that I had to go out of my way to pick up a truck. While given extra mileage, there's no accounting for the extra time I had to spend picking it up.
Geoffrey W.I took the truck from the rental office to my house. I then took it directly to my new house. Then to return the truck. Never went anywhere else, but I was still charged for overage miles. How?? I never ventured anywhere by my houses. Makes no sense.
Don E.The truck was absolutely disgusting when we picked it up. Chicken nuggets on the floor. Garbage on the floor. Tobacco on dash from cigarettes. Broken down box behind drivers seat. Not to mention I couldn't GET my truck because of App situations on the night I was supposed to get it!
