Rented this van for $19.95, reserved it online and was overcharged when we arrived. They said they do not do it hourly. Tried to explain to him I rented through U-Haul. Kept the van for an hour and 10 minutes and was charged $60.! Not happy.
PETER SI returned the truck at night. The location was dark and there was nowhere to leave the key. I could not tell if the location was clean. I did not deal with any personnel.
