This is more about how UHAUL works rather than anything related to Hacienda Storage. Hacienda storage had excellent service and saved the reservation from being an absolute disaster. I booked an appliance dolly, 2x carts, and the vehicle. When I arrived and attempted to activate the duration of the rental via the app, the app forced me to call in and wait nearly 20 minutes for a human being that could properly diagnose what happened. Ultimately, the person just told me to go into Hacienda which defeats the purpose of self-service via the app. When I went into Hacienda, they told me that UHAUL could not provide me the dolly's I needed, making the rental pointless. Thankfully, I was going to Costco and could purchase a dolly there for the piece of furniture I needed to move. The fact that UHAUL let me book this vehicle thinking I was going to get the equipment I needed only to tell me -----once I arrived and talked to someone else entirely------ that I would not have what I need is insane.
