Pawn arrival I tried to complete all my verifications online with the u-haul app. Was unable to complete it I had to call customer service three times it took two and a half hours to complete it. The lock box was on the ground and broken. Locks or rusty. My moving help had to wait for 2 hours for this to be completed. I was paying my moving help by the hour and I feel like I should be compensated for all this trouble

Jacob NRented this van for $19.95, reserved it online and was overcharged when we arrived. They said they do not do it hourly. Tried to explain to him I rented through U-Haul. Kept the van for an hour and 10 minutes and was charged $60.! Not happy.
PETER SI returned the truck at night. The location was dark and there was nowhere to leave the key. I could not tell if the location was clean. I did not deal with any personnel.
