The on line reservation needs some improvements. I reserved a 10ft online and was confirmed. Later that day I was called and informed that truck isn't available at that location. My choice was to pay more for a larger truck or get a 10ft from a further location. I ended up just taking the larger truck since I was going to have to pay for the additional mileage and factor more time for the move.
Edward WSignage to the location and office. It was very vague. Plus they didn't have the vehicle I booked. Although they phoned other sites, my booking size was not located. They then charged me for the bigger size that I didn't need..

Corey SPrior person didn't leave tabk at 1/4 full and all the mats were thrown all over the top of the truck, nothing was swept.
