DONT CHARGE FOR FUEL WHEN I FILLED MORE THAN I EVEN USED RIGHT FOWN THE STREET BEFORE I DROPPED OFF. EXTRA MILES CHARGE IS FAIR AND CORRECT, BUT CHARGING FOR AN ADDITIONAL 4 GAL IS GREEDY

DANIEL CI am older in age and don't need to look at my phone often. I was unaware I needed to take a picture of the truck before driving it. Perhaps this could be done with the person renting it to the customer. Just as a way of checking off all boxes so to speak. What if a person lost or forgot their phone and can't take a picture and send it through a link because they were unaware they had to check their text messages or email. Just a suggestion.....
