While Balcom Brothers does a great job with UHaul rentals, the fact is that when a truck is not available at my preferred location in Peterborough, my costs go up substantially, both in dollars and time, when I have to pick up a truck in Milford instead. For this job, the Milford pickup location added about 1.5-2 hours to my time on the job and doubled my mileage in the truck.

We had reserved a truck for a one-way move to be dropped off at a different location. When we arrived, we were told that our truck was given to someone else, and we had to return the truck we received back to the original location. This threw off our plans, and was not appreciated.
Randolph BBalcom Bros went above and beyond to provide me with a nice truck at a moment's notice, technically after they had closed, and did it while joking with me. One of the few locations on my "always trust" list!
