Uhual overbooked trucks which I cant blame on this location but what does bother me is I was directed to a location further away to pickup the truck I asked about the milage and was told id get 15 miles I believe on the house. Unfortunately once I turned the truck in I noticed not only did I not recieve the discount but this location decided to charge me a mileage overage because I went over my estimated 30 miles by 7.9 well guess what the other location was roughly and extra 7 miles it is not my responsibility to pay for uhauls mistakes

Balcom is great! But my pickup got switched to a crapping location that was NOT even open when I was scheduled to pick up the truck!!! If Balcolms had not stepped in with help I would have been in trouble
