the vehicle was filthy, looking like it hadn't been cleaned for several months. The vendor was efficient and took care fo getting me on the road.
Kevin BThis location is just a Shell gas station and mini store. There was only a single attendant available to handle all store/gas/U-Haul transactions. I received no instructions other than being handed the keys. Unfortunately, the 20' truck had a major breakdown with only 1 1/2 hours to reach our destination. Due to a series of failures between the towing companies, it took nearly 5 hours to get a tow truck to us... My wife and I waited under a blazing sun and 90 degree temperatures for assistance. Not a great situation; fortunately a Oregon State Police officer stopped and inquired and generously provided us with additional water.
Preston GPerson there was unfriendly. Charged a cleaning fee was not necessary when nothing was even dirty. Only hauled 2 wrapped up rolls of carpet….overall price was deceiving as well.
HELEN SI don’t know who is responsible for billing. I was charged an excessive amount of tax on my rental. This is either fraud or theft. I will not be using U-Haul again.
