I have no issues with the location and the people there were great, I did have a problem with the ordering system - first, I reserved a cargo van only to find out the day before my rental that it was not available, a customer service agent called me to ask if I wanted to (1) go to a different location or (2) get a 10' box truck, I chose the box truck because she told me it would be the same price, but when I went to pick it up, there was no "price lock guaranty." Then, when I returned the truck, the on-line system said there was 5/8 of a tank when the truck was to be picked up, even though I provided a photo of the gauge at pickup showing the tank was empty and had to cover the gas too.
David RNothing. This location was very professional and efficient.
Jeff ZDidn't see a Uhaul sign along with the Mobil gas station sign (maybe I missed it). Found a small sign next to the door of the Mobil once I figured out where I was going. Walked in to drop off the truck and was told by the attendant that I HAD to do the drop off on line (which I was told would be needed only if after hours). This was 2:30pm and the attendant said he couldn't help me. Went back tot he truck, attempted to do it on line only to receive a message that my reservation couldn't be found. Then I had to call Uhaul. Person I spoke with, despite me telling her the online didn't work, told me I needed to do things on line. Around and around we went, she was very pleasant but not knowledgeable. After being on hold a few times apparently Uhaul made a call to the attendant at the Mobil station stating that he needed to do this drop off. So, apparently you don't have to do it on line - only if this particularly lazy attendant didn't feel like helping a customer. As it turns out he and some guy (maybe a buddy) were playing lottery tickets and in store bowling rather than helping me get the truck returned. Obviously not a Uhaul thing but you should know how this person acted. I'm assuming this person is paid by you to do a job. He failed. I don't rent many trucks and if this is a one off, ok, but if this is the norm I would never rent from Uhaul again.
