I was just a little upset that the tire pressure light was on, along with the service air bag message.

john aI have no issues with the location and the people there were great, I did have a problem with the ordering system - first, I reserved a cargo van only to find out the day before my rental that it was not available, a customer service agent called me to ask if I wanted to (1) go to a different location or (2) get a 10' box truck, I chose the box truck because she told me it would be the same price, but when I went to pick it up, there was no "price lock guaranty." Then, when I returned the truck, the on-line system said there was 5/8 of a tank when the truck was to be picked up, even though I provided a photo of the gauge at pickup showing the tank was empty and had to cover the gas too.
