You should not be using this location to represent uhaul. The representative from the store was rude. The truck was dirty when I picked it up and he had the audacity to ask me if the truck was clean when I brought it back 2 hours later. There is a $16 charge on my bill for some type of insurance when I declined all insurance and he told me to contact uhaul customer service. I asked for the number and he told me to google it. He runs a gas station, so uhaul customers are clearly not important to him because every time a customer came in, I was asked to step aside. He didn’t even know I was coming to pick up the van and it took at least 15 minutes for him to find my reservation. When I got the truck, the receipt emailed to me said the gas tank was almost full. It was not. It was at 3/4 of a tank. When I tried to show this to him, he kept telling me not to worry about it. Had me take a picture, just on my phone, not in the app, of the gas gauge and mileage before I left and when I came back. When I told him I would never rent a uhaul there again. He was noticeably pissed off. Worst experience ever. All I needed was a truck to pick up a piece of furniture 15 miles away. The rental cost more than the piece of furniture. Ridiculous. I still want the $16 fee refunded, and honestly, for all the aggravation he gave me, it was definitely not worth the cost.

This location was excellent. Very helpful. The unfortunate part, for me was.. I had a truck rented at a different location. An hour and a half before my pickup I was informed that I had to go to a different location because they didn't have the vehicle I had reserved, which added mileage. When I showed up at my pickup time, the vehicle I had reserved was not there. So I had to call and they sent me to a third location. All the while I'm now driving around on my dollar to find unavailable vehicle. And, adding mileage to my trip with the U-Haul truck. This was a huge inconvenience and I was an hour late for my pickup at the other end, the main reason I had to rent the truck in the first place. At no point did anyone from U-Haul offer to help me out because I was being inconvenienced. I'll have second thoughts about renting from U-Haul next time. There are several options to look into.

Harinath VHard to find the shop -- it would have been helpful to know that it was actually a Mobil gas station, or to have had the street number visible. There were no loading ramps on the van -- I wish that had been clearer in the ordering information, as I had a very heavy wheelchair to load/unload. Other than that, experience was fine.
