Jamie was absolutely wonderful! He didn’t initially have a 5x8 trailer but he located one for us and had it ready to go when we needed it. He hooked it up for us in a timely manner. We will definitely come back to this location when we need a trailer next year!

KYLE BMills River Pack and Ship were fantastic. The uHaul app told me that this location provided mobile check in/out. They were still in process to offer the mobile check in. Nevertheless, the staff there waited an hour and half past their business hours to allow me to still pick up at my selected time! They're good people!
