Clean the inside cab and the box truck. I think it would be a nice improvement. The smell of the cab was also nasty. After traveling 1000 miles, I couldn't wait to return it, which I did two days earlier than expected.

Nina TThe price I was quoted didn't match what I was charged and I was told they couldn't fix it and I would have to talk to the drop off location. Got to the drop off location and they told me I had to talk to the pickup location. This seems to be a uhaul problem more than a location problem.
alex rWhen I checked GPS on my phone, it said they closed at 7 but when I arrived it was posted that they close at 5. I left the trailer without speaking to anyone because I was leaving town that night.
