U-Haul app didn't work. Just hung, spinning forever. App asked for passport photo and employer contact. Went inside and staff was very helpful and very quickly checked me in. They said everyone was having trouble with the U-Haul App.

I usually use the large uhaul center on sweeten creek rd, but I was switched to this location, which was 15 miles further from my home, since the others didnt have the trailer I wanted. I had to connect the trailer myself and drive it up to the office to check out
Gary CClean the inside cab and the box truck. I think it would be a nice improvement. The smell of the cab was also nasty. After traveling 1000 miles, I couldn't wait to return it, which I did two days earlier than expected.
