CARLETON AThe hours of location were horrible. They opened late and closed early on a Saturday (typically people’s moving day) there was a $20 fee for turning in the truck after hours which was turned in around 4pm, on an agreement that I was supposed to have it from 7-5 for a set rate. Had this been known I would have adjusted the time to pick up when it was open and drop off when it was open. Pickup was also messed up as while uploading pictures it cut off my check in and I had to call (twice) to get a link to upload pics and finish checking in. This process of “easy check in” ended up taking 45 minutes due to needing to call multiple times. I have never had issues like this with U-Haul before. Because of this I will try you again but if I experience this again I will not be returning.
