So the Rental was set up for me to pick up at 8AM that Saturday which meant I would be using app to pick it up since location didn't open for another 30 minutes. So that is my first point of contention as I made the reservation when I did because I had to be at second stop by 9 on other side of Pensacola. Person arrived to open location and yes he was friendly however still had no key immediately to get to the Dolly that was ordered so I am still waiting. Made a complaint with corp when I called because they were not ready for my rental at agreed upon time with equipment requested. Supposedly someone tried to call me but I got No call No voicemail (which is set up on my phone because I get them all the time) so then I check my bank account after I'm done and even wait until Tuesday to allow for things to balance out and there is an extra charge of 39.47 being held on my account and still no actual communication concerning my complaints AND when I spoke to location I rented from (because you are a representative of UHual by design ) you should be able to answer questions appropriately with out just say WELL thats UHUAL not US? no its definitely you and will definitely cause me to take pause before I EVER rent from UHAUL again. Don't make excuses and lie because you just don'y want to talk to a customer that is upset because you guys messed up.
