I rented a storage here and uhaul. I was at the counter and was asked to sit to the side while others were taken care of. I waited about an hour for 4 others to be taken care of and then it was my turn. I was on a time crunch to get items moved out of my rental So it was a set back. The guy wasn't rude or anything and took care of me but it was just later than anticipated for me being there.

Get rid of having to create an account on the app. To check in equipment. This took longer than unloading and driving to the drop off point and didn't even work. Also. Once the vehicle is checked in. It's not my fault no one is there to take it. I should not be on the hook for something I properly returned to your property until someone the following day checks it in. Carry better insurance.

Everything went as expected, pre-booking made the process a breeze. Although I started online using the website and could not finish because when it came time to commit, the website did not offer the Uhaul center nearest me, so I then stopped the booking and called the Uhaul center nearest me.
