HOWARD BTruck was clean. Truck brakes were soft and slow to respond. Truck had excessive vibration at highway speed. Truck windshield wipers were not fully effective. I did not find these problems until the truck was loaded or i would have returned it. The staff at this location (Sarah Chan) is excellent, very helpful, and i will continue to chose this location over all others in my area. I do not fault the location or Sarah for the trucks condition, she probably did not know.
