My name is Mary Thurmond. I had a reservation to pick up at 1 PM. I got there to pick my truck up the guy that was helping me screwed everything up. I ended up having to pay twice for my U-Haul leaving me with absolutely zero dollars. not my fault they should’ve helped me figure out the situation better than they did. In my opinion they didn’t care. They just wanted the money and they got it.

LEAH ROur experience at this location was good. The staff was friendly and the truck was ready and waiting. The only issue would be the application the staff use to complete the rental. I have rented a truck from UHaul twice in the last couple of months. Both times there have been issues with the application. Overall though, both rental experiences have been really good.
