They tried to pin a broken furniture dolly on me when I didn’t use one. They also gave me a cleaning fee when the truck was dirty when I received it.

That location needs to fill their gas tanks. This is the second time I’ve (reluctantly) been directed to that location and both times I have received my tank empty. Also training that employee to be direct when asked questions regarding your switch from renting “20 ft trailers” to “20 ft trucks”. He evaded my question and forced the sale when I found out it was no longer a 20 foot trailer, but a 20’ truck with no gas in it ◡̈
